At www.wearenowastore.com, our shipping policy ensures timely delivery and utmost care for your products:

For ready-to-ship items, expect delivery within 7-10 working days. Custom-made orders have estimated delivery times specified on the respective Product page.


Most orders qualify for free shipping, except for specific items like Table Lamps, Art/Objects, and collectibles.


To avoid any sizing issues, we encourage reviewing product dimensions before making a purchase.


Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure accurate address and phone number details. Kindly notify us in advance of any travel plans to facilitate convenient shipping and delivery scheduling.


It's vital to provide accurate information to prevent delays or loss of merchandise. We reserve the right to verify and validate user details at any point. If found untrue, we reserve the right to reject registration without prior notice.


In case of non-delivery due to user error (wrong name, address, or contact number), any additional costs for re-delivery will be the user's responsibility.


Shipment/delivery time begins upon receipt of confirmed payment for the order. While we strive for timely deliveries, delays might occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. WANAS(N LAtitude Studio) isn't liable for delays or non-delivery due to uncontrollable circumstances like floods, fires, or wars.


Please note: Art/Objects and Terracotta tables fall under the Collectibles category and are non-refundable or eligible for return/exchange.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We're accepting international orders via email at explore@wearenowastore.com. Duties & Taxes aren't included and are separate from shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes directly to Customs.

If duties are refused and delivery becomes impossible, no refunds will be issued.

PACKAGING

All items are meticulously packaged at our studio to prevent damage during transit. If you notice discrepancies or damage upon delivery, contact us at explore@wearenowastore.com.


ORDER TRACKING

Visit ‘My Orders’ to track your package. Once shipped, you'll receive the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and courier partner details via text/email. Use this information on the courier partner's website to track your shipment's location and expected delivery date.

If you miss delivery attempts, your order will be cancelled, and shipping costs for the attempted deliveries will be charged. Please provide accurate shipping details for faster delivery.

We accept major debit/credit cards and provide Net Banking options. Your information is confidentially secure as per Indian Laws' payment processing standards.
