Return and Exchange Policy
At WANAS (N Latitude Studio), we prioritise delivering products in optimal condition, undergoing stringent quality checks. Given that many items are made to order, we encourage customers to thoroughly review product dimensions, materials, and care instructions before purchasing, aiming to ensure resourceful utilisation without exploitation. Should you encounter a manufacturing defect, our policy is designed to assist you promptly.
RETURN & REFUND, & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your delivered product has quality or manufacturing issues, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. All tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, invoice, etc., should be returned intact. Items not meeting these criteria won’t be eligible for a refund or replacement. We retain the right to decline returns/exchanges that don't meet these standards.
Please initiate a Return & Refund Request/Exchange Request within 7 days of delivery, emailing a clear picture of the product highlighting the issue (if damaged/defective), along with your order details to explore@wearenowastore.com. Upon verifying its eligibility, we'll arrange a reverse pickup and proceed with the refund/replacement after receiving the product.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method or as store credits as per your preference. If the refund doesn't reflect within 30 days, contact your bank/credit card company. Store Credits, with a one-year expiry and no usage limitations, are the fastest refund option, available 24-48 hours after issuance.
Any transport-related damage or tampering must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery, failing which WANAS (N Latitude Studio) won't be responsible.
No refunds will be issued if the customer provides an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, faces three failed delivery attempts, or refuses the package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We don’t offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations, initiate the process within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment to optimise resource usage. Email us at info@wearenowastore.com to request cancellation. Refunds are processed as per the original payment method or as store credits, except for transit-initiated cancellations, where shipping/packaging charges will be deducted from refunds.
POLICY FOR COLLECTIBLES
Items in the Collectibles section are unique or made to order and aren't eligible for return/exchange, being non-refundable. They can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment receipt with a 5% cancellation fee.
